Each individual session is designed to honor your unique goals, body, and experience level. Join for an opportunity to find your inner warrior coupled with some mindful restoration and relaxation during these stressful times. There is NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY as all levels and abilities are welcome to participate and classes are intended for all body types.

Bring a willingness to try something new, an openness to learn, and a desire to slow down and catch a deep breath. Chair yoga is an option for those individuals who desire a little extra support. Prenatal modifications within classes are available. There are various yoga styles explored throughout the sessions including movement, gentle yin stretching, breathwork, sound healing, teachings, and meditation.

Carmen Haley holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and is a registered art therapist, as well as an artist. She teaches with an artist’s hand and a healer’s heart. She holds a registered yoga teacher’s certification as well as a trauma informed yoga teacher’s certification. She aims to teach her classes in the same way that she practices- with deep respect for the physical, emotional, and spiritual growth that this practice offers.
